I wanted to give you some feedback as I am also a person who presents and getting feedback is always a good thing. I have nothing negative to say which is awesome! You have an entertaining way of presenting which is a gift as many presenters do not have that skill. Saturday in particular would have been a dreadful day with a so so instructor. I was certainly tired last night but you keep us engaged all day and the time flew by. There was a great deal of hands on which I think is why all 11 students passed. I for one have not handled a gun for about 40 years give or take and I initially felt like a total beginner. All of the hands on gave me confidence that reading alone would never have afforded me. Nothing comes to mind as to how I can offer suggestions to improve the course. I suspect you have spent a great deal of time perfecting the course.
I just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks for the great course. I suspect that there aren't many instructors who are able to deliver all of that content in such a fun and engaging way. I certainly learned a lot and am looking forward to joining the Canadian gun owners' community.
I wanted to say thank you for taking good care of my son this past weekend. He said he really enjoyed the class, learned a lot and was impressed by the way it was taught. Marcell kept everyone engaged and even though the first day was long, it flew by as usual Marcell, well done!
I had such a great experience with the course with Marcell as my instructor. He is fun, positive and most importantly informative and knowledgeable about the course. He made everyone feel welcomed and encouraged everyone to ask questions and be interactive with the course and their learning. Being the only female in the course, I was somewhat intimidated, but Marcell made me feel comfortable and really encouraged me in my learning. Marcell did such a great job keeping the course interesting and fun!.
Marcell makes the class lively and fun. I enjoyed his sense of humor, and gentle manner. He really made me feel comfortable by inviting me to participate in the class. I can’t believe all the knowledge I gained from taking his course. I went from knowing very little about firearms to being very confident in understanding how firearms work, how to handle them safely, ammunition and my legal responsibilities. I am a CBSA student and I would recommend him without hesitation.
I moved to the states and am now settling into Canada as I moved here due to my work. Canada has some very specific legal requirements from the states. I found Marcell informative and experienced. I was able to understand firearms ownership in Canada as Marcell fielded all of my questions with a clear and easy to understand explanation. He explains the content of the course very well. He is easy to follow and builds in lots of hands on practice. He is an excellent instructor. I have a training role at my current workplace so I can attest he is on the best instructors I have had.
Finding myself obviously lost and recognizing I felt way over my head, Marcell took the time to work one on one with me to help build my confidence. Marcell was patient but he persistently encouraged me and took the exgtra time to coach me individually. I was successful in the course but that was largely due to Marcell’s encouragement. He is a spectacular instructor.
