At CFI we are interested in creating an inclusive, and student responsive educational environment that promotes adult engagement and learning. Classes are limited to ten students per instructor, and are delivered by instructors that differentiate their instructional style to meet the needs of new shooters and shooters with experience. We aim to engage new people as they begin to learn about firearms, and extend firearms knowledge for the experienced shooter. Individualized and engaging instruction is part of the educational philosophy embedded in every course. Whether you are looking to learn about hunting shotguns and rifles, or if you’re interested in shooting handguns, our CFI instructors compete and instruct in a variety of shooting disciplines. At CFI we have lots of experience to share with shooters interested in hunting, competing, collecting or recreational target shooting.

Our set-up is portable and modular. We can bring the classroom to you or your workplace. If you have a corporate or private venue in mind for a larger group we can accommodate our set-up to include the learning needs of 12 students.

As CFI instructors we believe in an inclusive, and student responsive educational environment that promotes adult engagement and learning. If you are new to shooting or have lots of experience, we have lots to offer you. Our courses offer a high level of practical engagement and healthy conversational opportunities to work through the theory. The focus is on building your confidence and preparing you well for the written and practical testing. We do not rush students into testing unless they are fully confident and ready. We enthusiastically enjoy working with young people too, and can break down the content for beginning shooters, teaching at an elemental level and building youth confidence. Whenever possible, students are encouraged to consolidate their learning through the practical handling of firearms. Please feel free to contact us should you require any accommodations so we can ensue your day is a success. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our courses. Above all, at CFI, we strive to present a stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement. We look forward to working with you.
